Gonna start noting down what i consume everyday from now on.
In the past no qualms downing 2 bowls of rice or adding few more scoops of icecream...To me there's no such thing as eat less gain less.

You just have to burn what you eat. but now it seems  hardly possible.. with my less frequent work-outs and almost non-active lifestyle zzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

I'm still not gonna cut down on quantity but maybe start consume healthier food.. :)
And maybe by putting it down in words it might just scare myself enough HAHAHAH

Breakfast , lunch

5 cookies
5 mangosteens
3 cups of ribena

Dinner
1/2 bowl of porridge
1/2 bowl of noodles
8-9 pieces of dian xin

Supper
one packet of biscuits
milo
2 pieces of bread.

as u can see..my diet lies majorly on the last quarter of a day because i woke up at 11 today!

Hopefully tmr it'd be less carbs more fruits/vege !

I'm not trying to get stick-thin or what because i agree getting too skinny can be pretty gross... Im not trying to target a certain 40+figure on the scale because i think its meaningless? I just want to feel healthier and less... um you know, floppy? is floppy the word? LOL
